It was good at First, then I had a major league in my first unit. They moved me to a new one, said oh well, I should have had runners insurance on all the stuff that I have lost gave me a discount on the first few months of my new unit. Now we have another league. I've mentioned it several times and every time I pay them. It's always a late fee because they won't restart my online Payment, because I Was having trouble with a bank so I Stop the online automatic withdrawal.So I could switch banks. They won't restart it for me Saying that they have nothing to do with it and that the company that does won't do it which is a lie. .Customer service people are very rude She yells at you on the phone when you're trying to talk.Even though customers are supposed to be right she's very mean..They do not answer their phones Even after nine o'clock in the morning.
They will lock you out in a heartbeat but won't come and check their mailbox payment box but once a day! Not fair even though your payments been sitting in there.
It says you have 24 access to your unit Which is a lie, because if you give them your payment, you should have access right-of-way to your unit.
Waste of money.
If you can go get yourself a storage shed at home. It's about probably the same price per month and you get to keep it. I wasted over $2000. Not including all the loss that I have had with this place.
Just remember if you do decide to come here.Get yourself some runners insurance on all of your stuff.

I have used this storage facility for over a year and o have never had a problem. My unit was clean when I got it, I feel safe having my stuff there, and I’ve never had an issue with management. And no— I don’t work for them, just rent a unit.

If I could give -5 I would, save your money and your mind for another place closer even if you have to travel a bit further and pay more. This company has zero customer service skills, kindness and or understanding. My debit card had been lost once, replaced with a different one and I didn't tell them, why well because I'm human and in a world of chaos sometimes we forget to do things. I turn had my next one stolen of all things, had that one replaced and was told no more debit cards only money orders. They have NO contract that states that whatsoever. So fast forward, I work out of town about 90 percent every month so getting a money order isn't always easy and getting it to them is harder because I don't trust mailing it, I drop it off. I dropped off mine and a week later I STILL have a lock on my unit. They NEVER EVER EVER answer the phone, and I mean NEVER. I was pretty much told if I didn't like there policies I could take my stuff somewhere else. You are absolutely correct, which is what I am doing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Rented storage shed on Thursday called Friday to cancel did not need it. Could not get ahold of anyone because they were out of town. Finally emailed got a response saying no money back because it is the same price for 1 day as 1 month. Terrible customer service DO NOT recommend this place at all.

DO NOT USE! Their cameras do not work, and the gate does not have a code. Our unit was broken into and the employee was extremely rude about the situation.

DO NOT USE! our unit was broke into and after multiple attempts to contact someone we were told tough luck the cameras do not work. You will also notice the "gate" is broken and they never fixed it allowing anyone to access the property. The owner was extremely rude and stated it was our fault and someone knew of our unit. A man approached our unit and closed it while we were trying to unload everything and after asking multiple times who he was he finally stated he was there to fix the door. Very unprofessional and rude.

My storage was broken into . The signs about security cameras are lies . Management did nothing but put the blame on me , they could care less about customers , customer service . The only time they are available to you is if your payment is late , then they want to talk !
