Customer service sucks took trailer in for 2 new tires and slow leak repair . Put on new tires asked them to put on same axle so leaky tire was already off checked for leak said can’t repair I told them to just put it back on still charged me 30 dollars for flat repair asked for a refund owner told me his tech still needs payed . for what ? Second time had a problem with this company first was several years ago the twisted off lug nut and then it was my fault. Trying to support local companies. But these guys sure make it hard

We were on our way home when we blew a tire on the RV. We called AAA and asked for assistance. After almost 4 hours AAA couldn't find anyone to tow us or change the tire for many more hours and a very high price. I searched the area and found Perryville Tire Pro. The came out within an hour and changed the tire for half the price. Thanks to them we made it safely back to the RV park that evening and home the next day.

I've had way too many issues in way too short of an amount of time. Mainly no callbacks and several scheduling failures. Unreliable.

I took my car in for an inspection to get my plate stickers.. They failed me cause of some oil residue on the one of the rubbers on the rack and pinion arms.. I told them it came from above out the master cylinder overflow from getting new pads and slotted rotors all the way around... They said no its leaking from the rack and pinion.. I took it to the Dealer and another shop both said nothing to worry about.. He tried to hold my car on ransom repair cause i can not pass when they give me a denial for it.. Then he kept on saying its a big job over 8 hours.... There was no leak i park in my carport every-nite same spot nothing on ground he said it was blowing back all under the car.. got it on a lift clear as day nothing under the car... They lost me as a customer.. I can not trust them no more .. They tried to get me and i was not going to be taken for all that money..The guy that works there I think his name is Ryan short red hair and beard...
