Phenomenal! Dominic was fabulous to work with. He was very professional, down-to-earth, kind, and very upfront. Even though they were backed up for two weeks, he was able to get my car in, get it diagnosed and get it fixed within one day and back to me. He had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage of the situation, however, he charged me fairly and accordingly, and it was a fabulous interaction for the first time at this shop. What a great recommendation!

We trust our family cars to Jim's and we've been going for a long time, even back when he was in the other garage. I've always found them to be very professional and they are mechanics not parts changers.
