My car was in an accident and needed the rear bumper replaced. I only had a few days to get it taken care of due to I service in the military, and was needing the car to get to and from base. Mark and Jason came in on a day off to finish the car and get me on the road. That was a big help for me and I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. Hotop's has done any work on any of my family's cars and it is always professionally taken care of. They produce only quality and top tier work.

Attention to detail was second to none. Everything you’d expect from a high end body shop with a down home price. Mark replaced everything with parts from the dealer and not the generic stuff the high volume repair shops use. Everything was better than new. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
