“I always love shopping here, everyone is always very kind and helpful. I had mishap and some confusion on my end with the deli last week and one girl that may be a manager with bright red hair actually went above and beyond and called my work to see if she could help after I returned to work to see what I messed up on my order. “My experience was definitely not a good one. I was looking at items outside, no prices so the real young girl went and got a hand held price checker. She told me the price and I continued on and found more without prices so I asked again and was given prices. While walking around the store I overheard the young worker say “and she wanted to know prices. And she kept going on talking. Needless to say, I walked away not
Wanting to be criticized anymore. When I checked out I got an older lady and told her about the young clerk who apparently didnt know to not talk about customers when they are still in the store. She offered no apologies or said much of anything. I will not go back there anymore if I dont have to. Please teach your personnel some manners and how to work with the public.”
