“I have loved being with R-G from the moment I transferred my $ from the other. Everyone is so friendly, sweet and AMAZING. However, Karla, in Belton, needs a shout out!! She went above and beyond her job. Recently we lost our 24yr old daughter. As many parents do, I have life insurance on all 3 of our littles. Never did I think I would have to cash in. We received a notice saying 30-45 days to submit and be approved. 1 month came & went, 2 months. I called our insurance company and they said they sent it over a month ago. No email, no letter, no call, nothing to say it was approvedand to look for it. The companyhad the nerve to ask me if I noticed the missing money. We live paycheck to paycheck, it's not like it could be overlooked. Nut theyd look into it and call my next Tuesday.I called the 800 number for R-G and this amazing angel of a lady, with THE BEST customer service answered the phone. She helped as much as she could (on a Friday at 4p) and said she'd call back Monday afternoon. Sure enough, she called. Money never came. I called the insurance company they said to give them another day and someone would call me back. I received a call on Friday, from....KARLA AT R-G, the bank received the money. Do i want it in checking or Savings? Like, WOW!! Did my insurance comp call? Nope. Still, 2 weeks later, haven't heard a peep.Karla, was so very sweet, sympathetic, empathetic and had so much patience with me.We're never going anywhere else!!”

“Many many thanks to Brandi and the rest of the staff at Mazuma for helping me stop an unauthorized auto withdrawal from my account by Verizon. After countless hours trying to resolve the problem with Verizon and talking to the head of the fraud department, I was told too bad so sad, work it out with your bank. With Brandi’s help we were able to stop the auto withdrawals, all in about an hour.I have been a member of Mazuma for over 25 years and will continue with their wonderful service. Thank you all.”

“I'm giving the ladies at this branch 5 stars. The cons i would say would be that debit cards provided don't have tap to pay. There have also been times where the systems are down for prolonged periods which obviously is very inconvenient. I've been doing change orders, deposits, and banking with them for 4 years now, can't really complain too much :)”

“I love Arvest! I had a million issues at my old bank, and Arvest has solved all of them. I finally get ALL. of my money in my deposits, and the staff at EVERY location (not just the Belton one) is extremely helpful and nice. I have never had a single issue here with anything. In fact, they called me once a week for about 2-3 weeks (I think) after I first opened my account to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. I highly recommend banking here!”
