Went to use the Resharp machine. The staff was friendly and was able to help me get two kitchen knives sharpener quickly. They are like brand new, and only cost 7 dollars plus tax per knife. A great value compared to comparable service near by. Great store all around. Clean and well stocked.

Bought a plant from here that died literally after 5 days. The weather wasn't hot and the plant was watered. When we called the store, the manager, Lonnie, said they can only warranty it for three days, narrowly putting us outside the window. Don't buy plants from here, they won't stand behind them.

Called to make sure they were open and had what I needed. Was told they close in 10 mins. Showed up 5 minutes before closing time and they closed up as I was walking up even though they saw me. I wouldn't have been out if it wasn't an emergency and the employee I called knew this. So much for customer service. Went to Lowe's instead.

How are they going to charge 9.59 for a single gang 18cu inch remodel box. That is nearly 4x higher than almost any store. This just says I am done with ace. I knew prices were higher here but that much markup isn't okay.
