This is the slowest, worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, they are the only one that carries the generic brand I need. Average hold time is 5 to 10 minutes. Average time to fill a script after calling and requesting refill as soon as possible 2 to 3 hours. Today it's been over 3 hours and they said they had 100 scripts ahead of me.

Drive through is to slow. Waited almost 25 min!!!Suggested to the Mgr. to have cars pull and wait like Dairy Queen and the Walgreens back home does. She could have cared less about the idea.

Staff seemed stressed. They were able to fill my prescription quickly. They said it'd take 30 minutes and I'd need to pull around so I went inside to wait. It was ready sooner than I realized but I didn't see the text. One of my prescriptions needed insurance authorization to be requested and I'm unsure how they'll follow up with me.

Now I see why there are so many bad reviews. LESSON LEARNED!!! Anyway, went to Luke’s which is literally right across the parking lot and when they sent my prescription over it wasn’t there. I literally had to drive up there 3x’s(no lie) and they couldn’t find me. HOW? I was just over and after 6 hours of my daughter being in tortured pain, then they were able to get the prescription right. Even after the fact, my daughter had experienced shortness of breath as a side affect from the amoxicillin they gave her. Then 5:30 in the evening rolls around and I called. They told her to discontinue taking the medicine. TORTURE ON TOP OF TORTURE! Our pharmacies and health care suck so much. This is the worst place. I will drive further to find a better place next time.

Fed ex services never are available. I can't print they can't scan. Basically they're worthless and they're defensive about it. Worst Walgreens location in the city.

I wish I knew how to give 0 stars. Anytime I call the pharmacy it takes 30+ minutes to talk to an associate. If you plan on receiving good customer service look elsewhere. The way associates treats customers is an absolute joke. I can't believe anyone would run their business or manage their employees like this. On several occasions I have spent over an hour waiting on hold just to have an associate answer and state "please hold" then be hung up on. I will be refraining from giving Walgreens anymore of my business.

This Walgreens does its very best to provide excellent services. Anytime there is a delay, it is often from the complications caused by Covid or system changes that are out of there control. I find them polite and thorough. Give people a break and you'll see they often are quite exceptional

The worst Pharmacy in the entire United States. My doctor tried for 2-1/2 hours to call in a script for me. Ok plan B. Went through CVS boom! Smooth operation.

Worst Walgreens in the country. You will be dissatisfied, disappointed, and let down on a consistent basis. I promise. Stay away! Go to any other pharmacy. You be better for it. This store SUCKS!!! That's all.

Pharmacy is not well organized and they can't seem to keep enough people working. Very slow and often closed due to no available pharmacist.

They emailed me to let me know that my prescription was ready. So, I drove quite a distance to pick up my prescription, waited for them to FILL it for approximately half an hour, went back inside and waited in line only to be told that I would have to come back in two days to get it. Why didn't the tech tell me that when I first got there?!! But hey, what can you expect trying to get anything done in Northland Kansas City, MO? It's ghetto.

The 5 star reviews for this pharmacy are obvious plants, either by people who work there, or their friends.This is easily the worst pharmacy in a 15 mile radius. Constant turnover, rude pharmacy assistants, a gross inability to give even the smallest of courteous exchanges. It's just a laughable place, really.
