“Beautiful culinary center! Took a Carribean class on how to make sofrito. The chef was personable, friendly and did a nice job teaching about the different islands' cooking, plus we ate the rice and beans she made with the sofrito. Yummy! We all got to take home some of the sofrito, too! I'll be back for the pizza class in January!”

“We booked 2016 Main for our wedding reception in October 2023 and can’t recommend this place enough for your event. The space is beautiful with a fun and unique atmosphere, meaning you don’t have to put a lot of effort into your own decor. Both the previous owner Pat and the new owner Nico were fantastic to work with. I felt they both truly went above and beyond during our wedding planning process to answer all of our questions and provide a lot of recommendations for us. And the actual day went perfectly thanks to Nico’s attentiveness and preparedness, reducing a lot of stress on our part. Thank you so much!!”
“We had a great experience using the Monarch Room for our wedding/reception venue. The owner, Megan, is very easy to work with and was helpful with our planning process. Shout out for being one of the only venues in downtown KC with the option to BYOB! There is a required charge to use the venue’s bartenders, but still well worth it. Venue is beautiful and was easy to decorate. Also she allowed us to bring our dog (best boy in our wedding party) so he could celebrate with us as well! Wedding was a great time!”

I cannot say enough about the owner/coordinator Brittney. She was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend.”
“Absolutely beautiful theatre, fantastic sights and a real old timey theatre vibe. Now the seats were not very comfortable for a 2 hour show , the seats at the front next to the stage were the fold up type and the leg room was non existent.”

“Visited for the 1st time on a day they hosted scouts. Scouts received a discount on entry and got to pick a few apples for free. We enjoyed feeding the goats and chickens. Enjoyed a meal from their concessions. A couple buffalo burgers and nachos. Ate our meal in the barn with ample seating. Kids each recieved a custom patch for their participation that day. Picked up some beautiful mums that day for a bargin price.”
“One of my favorite places to catch live music or comedy. The place has interesting decor good beer and easy parking. Acoustics are hard to beat and upper row levels have a good view. Widespread Panic was the best show I've seen there... and saw them 5 times here!”

We were coordinating an elopement ceremony from almost 200 miles away and convenience was really important to us. We were blown away with the service, care, attention to detail and true kindness from everyone! Communication ahead of the day was awesome - super clear and detailed. Our coordinator, Kristin, made us feel so welcome and special - like we were having coffee at the home of a dear friend. She made all our stress that day melt away. She took care of every single tiny detail - all the way down to ensuring our serving ware was clean and packed up before we left. We also adored the officiant and photographer. (Our photographer was such a pro! We looovvved her!!) Even our flowers were absolutely breathtaking! Everyone we met and worked with was absolutely perfect. We cannot recommend them all enough. Thank you, Vow Exchange, for making our once in a lifetime day even better than we could have ever dreamed!”

“My aunt and uncles have been taking their kids to Miss Dianna's for 10+ years. I've been taking my daughter for 3 years, and I couldn't be happier. The rates are low, the building is nice and big, 4 dance floors I think. They teach hip hop, jazz, ballet and other types idk... I've seen grown up exercise classes, special needs therapy, and ones for toddlers. The teachers are all very nice. You see all shapes and sizes dancing, I think this school has a more 'open door' policy than others. My nieces and nephews are on the 'larger' side, but they still get to go to competitions. I've heard that some schools discriminate based on body type - which seems pretty messed up. It's also neat to see my daughter take direction from the teachers, she certainly listens to them better than me!”
“Great place to bowl! Locally owned, not a corporate chain bowling alley with outrageous prices and horrible lane conditions. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, drew in the pro shop is knowledgeable and affordable, good food and drinks, AND the employee working the counter at open bowl today said they are looking to add more lanes in the next couple years to accommodate more bowlers! Highly recommend.”
