“My mothers truck was stolen from VA by family members and the thieves took a lot of her prize possessions. They took a long joy ride to Kansas City Kansas. When caught 3 days later, the truck was towed to Alendon towing. Coming from VA and a 16 hour ride we had lots of concerns and questions. I called several times to alendons just for peace of mind on our trip there because I’ve heard terrible stories of tow truck companies looking through and taking stuff. We didn’t wanna lose even more. Everyone I spoke to was kind but John specifically stood out with his kindness and reassurance. As you can imagine; this has all been very hard. When we arrived John was so kind and helpful when picking up the truck. Went above and beyond to let us use their trash dumpster to throw away the thieves’s nasty belongings. I really appreciate the efforts from everyone there and if our vehicle was to go anywhere after tow, I’m glad it went there!!Services: Special vehicle towing”
