Customer service related to their service was ok. The requirements due to covid makes life miserable. Wait outside, don't touch doors, on and on....

I wish that I could put zero stars. The bill just keeps increasing with no increase in service level. Customer service which was great under Time Warner is not the same now that it is Spectrum. Save your money!
