I really enjoy seeing my personal best results via email recaps, how many meters total I have left to reach my max, and the feeling of workout of together. It’s so hard to get that same feeling in a gym unless you go with a friend. Here, you just show up and get coached!

Super fun and engaging cardio workout! I’ve never done workouts in a class setting before and it was great, you really feel like a team and out instructor Angela was super friendly and high energy and kept a us going all the way through!

I've been a Row House member for over a year and absolutely love it! Classes are great because you can workout for yourself and as part of the larger community. All the coaches keep things fun and engaging. Would highly recommend!

Love, love, love Row class! I can’t say enough about the 5:30 am classes I’ve been taking with Maleri. She is fun, energetic and makes it so easy to get up early for a workout! Don’t change a thing Maleri! You’re a great instructor!

Love this gym! I didn't think that rowing could ever be "fun" but they have proven me wrong. One of my favorite parts of these workouts is that they can be adjusted to your own level (or to how tired you are that day).

I was introduced to this place by my friend Maleri and I tried it out and loved it! You dont row the whole time for they keep the workouts mixed up on/off the rower doing weights or mixed up body weight exercises. The workouts are fun with music included and the staff and coaches are friendly. I signed up being a member for i love the classes and im the type that wont go or use a regular big box gym or the equipment if i buy it for i love the team effort.. this is a great supplement on top of my running and rowing is a 86% full body workout.!

My wife and I decided it was time to join a gym. We knew a regular gym was not for us, and we would probably quit really soon. I have been following Row House on Instagram for a while and was very curious. So we joined up last Thursday night. We didn’t die!!! We thought it was fun and we definitely felt it the following day! So, we went back again on Friday and started learning to get the form down. We’ve been to 3 classes with Amanda. Row House is a great place, the owners and all the staff are very friendly. They make the workouts fun with rowing to music. It’s a variety too. You’ll row for a while, then do floor exercises, row some more, more floor exercises with weights, and finish off strong with a shorter row. I would recommend this place to anyone that is afraid to go to a gym!! Thank you Row House for helping us be a better person and for getting into shape for the first time in our lives.

If you have never tried rowing I can’t recommend this place enough. There are different styles of instructors so you might have to come a few times to find one you like.

This place is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the workouts kick my butt! Low impact is also a huge plus for me; I have bad joints from years of being overweight (and just generally being old) and I leave Rowhouse completely gassed but still able to move.

Maleri is awesome. She’s very encouraging and motivating. She also takes the time to get you set up to your rower so it fits you perfectly during your workouts. She cares a lot about your form and teaches you how to move correctly to prevent you from getting injured while exercising. Will absolutely take more classes with her in the future.
