I had a flat tire and needed to be towed to Firestone where they were waiting to help me right up until closing. My GEICO rep set up my tow. DJ towed my vehicle and was literally a God send. He's a great man and is in my prayers. Many blessings to you and your family! Thank you so very much.

Under investigation! Just saw these guys in the news charging $1,400 for a 14 mile tow. Ouch. Man. What a bunch you guys are. Hope the message spreads not to use you.

Would give zero if I could. Guy with "Boss" shirt said he was the owner of this business, threatened us bc he drove from far away and claimed we owed him for "services rendered" when he didn't do anything except drive to our location after we tried to cancel with him several times. Believe he deliberately ignored calls bc he wanted to "charge" us for his "services rendered." Called the cops on us thinking he was in the right when the cops showed up they sided with us. Was extremely unprofessional with what could have been potential clients. There were 2 females and 1 male in our party and he was trying to take advantage of the fact that he knew we were inexperienced with tow companies. This man has been banned from Joplin for trying to do exactly what he did with us. Claims he will take your car to his lot for FREE and then charges you an arm and leg for what he originally claimed would be FREE. He wanted to put our car in an impound lot for 2 days and then tow it on Monday to the place we wanted it serviced at free of charge. So not only did this "boss" threaten us, call the cops on us, cuss at us, but he also drove back by to see if we were still there and honked and waved like the scum he is. Don't give this man a dime of your money. He just wants to hustle people that don't know better and scam his way through his washed up life. He was driving with a different tow company this day called "Wilde" during this incident.

Had a great experience today w/ Northland Tow. The driver was very nice and even tried to fix my car in the rain. Unfortunately, another part was broken/missing so it couldn't be fixed. I really appreciated him standing out in the rain for 30+ minutes trying to fix it so I could avoid a tow!
