I recently had a great experience with Sherry at Farmers Insurance - Deborah York Agency. She helped me resolve an issue with renewal of coverages, and the service was quick and concise. I have also had very positive experiences with Deborah as well in the past, and would highly recommend this team for anyones insurance needs!

We have had FARMERS INSURANCE for over 40 years and I worked for a Farmers agent for a couple years. I 100% believe that your agent makes all the difference! Our agent retired a couple years ago, we went with two different agents after that, neither one successfully. We talked to Deborah York with Farmers in Parkville and ended up changing to her agency. Deborah updated our policies, all five of them, and saved us quite a bit on our premiums! We highly recommend Deborah York and her entire office staff, they are the best!!

I have used this agency for over a decade and this includes claims on home and auto. Service has always been professional and expedient. Local agent always available to review premiums and identify means to lower the premiums when possible.

We have used Deborah York agency for years and have had nothing but extrodinary service from everyone in the office. Every year that we renew all of our policies they see what they can do to get a better rate. They are always trying to get the better deal for us. Most recently Sherry caught that we had been paying too much for our auto policy and got the refund backdated 6 months. It’s so nice knowing there is a live person that cares on the other end of the phone when we call. Thank you Farmers!

Deborah York (Farmers Insurance) has the most helpful staff. I’ve had a policy with them for 2+ years because they offered the lowest deductible around and they are very personable. If you are looking for a company that is easy to work with I recommend this one!

I’ve been with this Farmer’s Insurance agency for 47 years. Now under Deborah York and her staff, I’ve found it very helpful and friendly in answering questions and solving problems involving new billing practices and coverage and rates.Just last month, a simple phone call to one of her staff fixed a problem involving the successor holder of my mortgage after buying out the original mortgagor. I couldn’t be happier.
