It was ready sooner than I realized but I didn't see the text. One of my prescriptions needed insurance authorization to be requested and I'm unsure how they'll follow up with me.”

“I have been coming to this Walgreens Pharmacy heavily for 3 years. Sometimes they are busy and there is a wait, so there is a wait. The employees know how to do their jobs, and are often overworked. I have found them to be more often than not, more helpful and patient than anything else. I have observed some customers act out in ways that could be described as extremely difficult. So its good to be understanding. I really think they deserve a much better overall review than they have, given the longevity that I have been a consumer here. Which admittedly have not all been to my preference, but thats everyday life as far as I am concerned.”
