I'd leave zero stars if that was possible. How they continually raise prices, yet offer worse services astounds me. When there are issues, good luck getting in touch with anyone. Typical of anything run by the government.

These people are pathetic! No possible way to talk to these overpaid lazy people unless you go to the post office. They will not answer the phone! I guess when you are lucky enough to buy yourself a lifetime union high dollar job from a crooked politician, service no longer matters! Heads should roll. USPS needs a complete overhaul, from top to bottom. Price of stamps going up again! Absolutely the worst mail service of anywhere that I have lived. I have lived in small and big cities. Nowhere comes close to the incompetence of this USPS facility. The Park Hill, Missouri facility needs to be investigated. USPS is raising the price of postage again for consumers. Unbelievable! At least Jesse James used a gun when he robbed his victims!

Since when did the postal carriers stop looking at the mail in the mailbox when the flag is up? Our flag was put up yesterday when somebody else's mail was left in OUR mailbox. The carrier, in fact, was going past as I put the flag up. Today, we got mail, put on top of the misdelivered mail, and the flag was left up and the mailbox door open. Is this a new rule for the postal system?

My mom gets her meds through the mail. For some reason tracking showed up as being at this location. It should of went from Hazelwood to Potosi then as being delivered as my mom loves in Cadet. My mom became deathly sick because she did not receive her meds! The post office never sent a notice or sent her package to the right post office for delivery! It shows its been there since March 16th, 2024! Tried calling many times to see if package was still there for pick up called throughout the day! Never ANY response! My mom also said she called several times for several days and got no answer!

If you want to call your local post office, do not expect any help from USPS. The automated system is designed to keep you from talking with your local location.

If there were a 0 that would be a more accurate review. The staff here are beyond rude, extremely lazy, not helpful, condescending, not to mention arrogant. This is a constant feeling I experience any time I have to travel here. And by travel I mean I should never have to since I don't live in park hills. I live in desloge. Time and time again to waste gas to have a horrible experience. To the post master...shame on you for allowing this behavior to be an on-going issue and struggle within our community.

Lost package that was for guaranteed 2-day delivery. Failed to scan when the package left the building and made the tracking number completely pointless and null invoid. There is also no local phone number to call and reach someone at this specific office.

This place refuses to deliver packages and loses mail frequently at least once per week. Very bad and fraudulent management as well. I worked for this location for a few months a couple years ago, The "managers" at the time had us walking the streets frequently until 10pm at night. Always random partial routes in random areas, so you never became familiar with the areas or the customers. I was terminated before the end of my 3 month probation due to "not following instructions" when I did exactly as I was told to the letter. Come to find out later that's normal procedure for this specific post office and why the turnover there is so extremely high and the service is so poor. This specific location is notoriously bad and well known for their failure. At the time the acting managers name was Alisha. One of the absolute most dishonest, corrupt and manipulative managers I've ever encountered in my entire lifetime and did it all with a smile. If anyone of importance reads this that place needs to gone through from top to bottom again and again. People that actually want to work and do the work are turned away, so that they can hire their drug runners and buddies to play games. No wonder it's such a fraud and a failure.

Staff appears to have lost my packages. When asked how, I was given two different stories. Package was shipped from Spain....so close.

Always puts wrong mail-in my mailbox local office has no phone number Subcontracts the mail itself to my mail is being delivered by somebody that doesn't work for the government. Also, this person's wife that isn't even employed with the company. Is the one that's putting my mail on the mailbox this should be very ilegal

Why don’t they pick up mail anymore ? On Saturday 1/6/2024 mail carrier stopped at my mail box at 5:38 pm Flag was up, I had mail to go out . They put the flag down & put mail on top of my mail to go out . Also I live in town , never get my mail till after dark. I always got my mail by 12:00 pm -1:00pm. ☹️

People used to have pride in their work. Happy to have a government job. This place is the exact opposite They hate their job, they hate working and they hate you. You could swim to Australia before they'll answer the phone. If you're missing a package just contact the seller and declare it lost. You'll get nothing but attitude from the USPS employees. I miss when people cared.
