I had an appointment for 8, they opened at 7:30. I arrived at 7:45, I watched 3 people go before me. One guy drove up while I was sitting there and they took his vehicle right away. I sat until 9:30 to watch them finally take my vehicle in. I didn't leave until 10:30, when I had an 8 O'clock appointment. The technician checked my brakes and said they were fine. When I asked why I had so much brake dust only on one wheel, he said that's just what brakes do. They don't honor appointments.

The manager Ron is terrific at what he is doing with this place . Logan was very knowledgeable and got my vehicle in right away. If I could give more stars I would. Excellent service would recommend everyone to come here and try them out. Will be returning soon and having families vehicles come to this shop. Take care guys and God bless you all.

I went to Plaza to get an alignment it didn't stick but when I went back Scott had no problem fixing it and then giving me some advice on how to fix the rest of my issue so thank you Scott that meant the world to me and FYI it wasn't the problem you thought but it was an easy fix
