I appreciate the time Austin spent with me reviewing the options between the Silverado RST and the Trail Boss. The Sales Manager, Justin, helped put together a deal that was Great!!! Sam, the Finance Manager was very kind, helpful and efficient. I hope when the time comes, the service department will be as good as the sales team. I came in not expecting to leave with a new truck. The truck I had I was still happy with but I was called and was told that if I came in it would be worth my time. To my surprise it was, I felt when I left and still do that I made the correct decision working with Park Hills Chevrolet. In the past decade I have purchased 6 different GMC/Chevy vehicles and I will be sure to contact them on my next purchase. Good job guys!

What a great place! traveled 1000 miles to do business with them…Wish all dealerships were like this place!!. The owner and Justin Jones the GM was very accommodating to my situation . His sales team was great very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.You can feel safe referring friends and family to them.
Staff was great 5 stars across the board.

Great place to have do your car maintained. Only my second time there but I feel they will take care of my car. Very friendly staff. This is all new to me this was my husband's job taking care of our car. He passed away 4 years ago and now I'm learning about a lot of things. .

I have taken my Cadillac XT5 to this dealership several times for oil changes. Today, I can’t help but feel as though they stole money from me.
In addition to the basic oil change that I brought it in for, I voiced another concern that I had noticed. They did a diagnostic test and discovered that a thermostat needed to be replaced. I agreed to have them fix this problem after being told that it was estimated to take about 4 hours to fix. I left around 8:20 AM and received a phone call at 11:26 AM stating my car was ready to be picked up. My total bill was $1,252.02 which I thought was a little steep to begin with. That being said, I was charged $1,005.84 in just LABOR for a job that took literally 3 hours at most.
I went in the service department and explained that they only had my car for 3 hours before I got the call stating that it was finished. That means that I’m paying $335.28 per hour if I was only charged for the 3 hours that they physically worked on my car. I was told that the “book” estimated this particular job to take 4.52 hours. So either I paid for labor hours that I didn’t use, or the labor at this particular dealership is more than any other dealership I’ve EVER been to.
It’s incredibly sad that this dealership does business this way. Charging like this, I will gladly take my business elsewhere since they didn’t see a problem with this at all!

Went in to get my daughter a car and the entire experience was great! They had us in and out of there quickly and the process was smooth. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

What a great customer service experience. After purchasing my car, it was discovered that the radio did not work. Dealership fixed it under warranty and shipped the car to me 2 days later. Couldn’t have asked for an easier buying experience or better customer service. Highly recommend!

Called Sam and checked on a 2017 Black Corvette.
Sam had it ready to go when we arrived and handled all the paperwork and we were in and out in maybe 2 hours or less from start to finish.
We drove well over an hour n half to come see the see the car and left with a great experience and an awesome Corvette..

My sister bought a brand new blazer and is still waiting for them to fix bumper it's been 10 months so service sucks . They said o we need to order it so is it still being delivered?
