Amazing experience! I’d never bought nice, new furniture before, and Susie made it so easy! I had my autistic five year old with me and she offered to take him to play with toys so we could decide on what we wanted. Both pieces we wanted were in stock, and they will be delivered in a little over a week! Worth the drive and worth the money, my mom has bought from them for years (my grandma did, too) and I’m proud to be a third generation customer ?

Browns has a great selection from upscale to everyday. Great service and really great sales. I can get something totally custom or have something nice delivered. We've bought a lot of furniture from them over the last decade!

I spent a lovely day at the showroom with my mother-in-law. Lisa was incredibly helpful and patient...even offering a wheelchair before we had parked! My in-law met the grandson of "Mr. Brown"..HER mother had bought a bedroom suite years ago and my in-law was still using it! We ordered a couch and loveseat. But sadly my lovely mother-in-law passed away before it would arrive. The present Mr. Brown was gracious enough to cancel the order for a full refund. This kindness and classy attitude should be rewarded...

I bought 2 lazyboy sofa recliners and a lazy boy power recliner and I've had it just a tad bit over a year and I'm suppose to pay the labor on working on it. Whats going on here with people? Isn't anything worth buying any more and if it is, why is it the store sells you the furniture make things right? Completely unacceptable. Something different needs to happen....Until this is solved in a civil manner and acceptable, I will not purchase another nothing from you. ( David & JoAnn Berry)

Susie was a great help and very informative. She gave me information on my lazy boy furniture that I've owned for over 5 years that I didn't know and even hooked me up with a new pull for my recliner that's been broke for years. She even had one of their guys come out and show me how to replace it myself. Great customer service.

Beautiful Furniture like always but a bit out of our price range. I don't remember the last time I came here being so expensive, maybe that's just me.The sales lady we had was very welcome to us when we came in and she helped us throughout the whole store. Very kind and I like that.
