Be careful what you buy there if you buy fuses make sure you count them because I just bought a pack of 120 piece car fuse set and it was short on all amp sizes except 30 amp plus there are very overpriced on just about everything in there you're better off ordering it off Amazon

The only place for miles to get camper parts and the man who owns or runs it is super unfriendly and condescending. They also doubled their camper storage fees this year. Not a small increase but doubled. No fence or security or protection. Just a gravel lot. If you have a choice to store somewhere else or shop somewhere else I would do it. Sometimes the lady who works there is nice. Sometimes she’s not.

Unhelpful, dirty, cluttered, low inventory, unorganized and very expensive. Sorry but I won't be back.

I called with a few questions about a repair service that is needing to be completed. Megan answered the phone and her lack of customer service is very sad. I couldn't even get my questioned answered. She said it would be $95 an hour to talk to the service department. With how my experience with Megan was going i hung up the phone and will gladly be taking my business else where. Your point of contact when you call a business should not be the response anyone is getting from Megan. This was my first time ever calling there and it will certainly be my last.

Had an issue with a slide-out while enroute from MN to New Orleans... called, their technician helped me diagnose, (canned goods fell onto the floor & lodged under the slideout...) he assisted me (or I him) and was on the road in 30 minutes. Very reasonable fee... Just asked for a tip to the mechanic...

If I could give a minus one I would. This is the absolute worst customer service and service I've ever had in my life due to rudeness and incompetence of Meagan, customer service rep, and her father, Mark the owner. Jay, the technician was not rude, but he was incompetent, because did not diagnose and fix the DC power-only function. I requested the service call because I had no power AC or DC. The charge for remote service was $100 to show up + labor, which was billed at $85 for the electric and hooking up water and sewer and lighting the water heater. Jay plugged in the power cord, and it worked for AC. He went inside, checked the fuse box, and said AC and DC were working. He left without checking if I had power on DC-only. A few minutes later the campground owner asked if my trailer now worked on DC-only. I unplugged the power cord and had nothing. I called the shop, and no one accepted responsibility for the slight. Meagan said that Jay only does what I tell him to do. I told them what I wanted when I agreed to a service call, and as far as telling him what to do, I'm not a technician. I took his word for it. In a short manner and totally without care for my needs, she said that he would not be able to come back for two weeks. The shop is only 20 min. from the campground. I had a buyer five hours away coming the next day, and had to sell the trailer for $500 less due to the electric not working. Once the conversation doesn't go just the way Meagan wants, she starts getting condescending and curt. The campground owner who knows of her said that's the way she is. Daddy backs Meagan up. He even scolded me for being a bad customer after I told Meagan she'd been a j*** and incompetent in handling this. Instead of asking why a customer is so disappointed, Daddy calls and scolds me and don't ask for any service from them again. No problem there. Told him that I'll never own another RV thanks to the way they handled this. During his rant, he told me to pay my bill three times, which I never said I wouldn't, coz legally I know I have to, anyway. I know they have me over a barrel, and I have to pay despite their incompetence, and it's not worth stressing and fighting over what the service was worth, about half, maybe. Unlike him and his crew, I'm a man of my word, and I pay bills in a timely manner. I would not recommend this dysfunctional, ignorant, family-run business for anything, coz even a new trailer needs service, and Beilstein does not deliver on that, and they're rude if you object and call them out for shabby service and treatment.
