I like to recognize when drivers are considerate in more ways than one. One of their drivers this morning was going onto westbound I-44 and I was so glad they understood how to get up to a reasonable speed before merging into traffic. Too often drivers mistake slow approaches as safe ones, often going 40mph and trying to merge into traffic going at least 60mph. Luckily this driver was considerate of the people behind them as well as the cars on the interstate. Later on the road, they were considerate of other merging traffic. A+ in my book!

Mobile on the Run Store 519 in Waterloo illinois has a young lady named Hailey working there that deserves a major Shout out from your company. She came out of the store with an elderly lady who obviously has a very hard time walking. She not only helped walk this lady across the parking lot but then proceeded to pump her gas for her. It’s not often in todays world you get to witness something like that and especially from someone in the younger generation. That exemplifies the ultimate in customer service and I think you really need to put this young lady on a pedestal for her total dedication to her customer. I thanked her inside the store and her embarrassment and her smile told me a lot about the character of this young lady!

Just two stars because I know people who work for Wallis and I do worry about them on the daily. I check on one employee frequently and frankly I don't agree to the fact of the working methods for most coworkers.

Coming from a local company for 23 years untill Wallis bought them it has been a pleasure. Everyone knows your name and the transfer was great. They sought insight and input from the conversion stores. They care for all employees and are glad to hear input from everyone. Now it has been 25 years between the two companies and hopefully i will retire from this company one day.

Former employee of Wallis co. Can tell you first hand that this company is a company that is more concerned about making money than it is for the wellbeing and happiness of its employees. I could go into further details on this subject, on how the insurance they provide was set up in a way to not provide many medications necessary for its employees, or how at a store level management is allowed to run rampant in discord allowing some employees to just downright get away with being there for a paycheck instead of working, some of which include management themselves, and many many more. But I will spare those details.Wallis Companies also rips its employees off with star point "rewards" program. I say it’s a rip off because, while the rules are set to prevent misuse, they still consider "frequent use" as a wrongful action. I am sure that this "rewards" system is in place as a front, to hide the fact that this company really could not care less about its employees. This coupled with the fact that they take my "rewards" away which in its great majority were earned and given to me via my coworkers, are the same people who now get to keep their points, as I assume due to the answer, when I asked "Well if your taking mine for to frequent use, are you also going to take theirs?" the reply I received? "The decision is that your points are not being awarded and you will not be allowed to place your order" Then they hung up. Seems awful fishy to me that the coworkers who awarded me points at the same rate as I awarded them, get to keep theirs but I do not. It would seem as if some deeper motive is here, maybe the possibility of playing favorites? Who knows? From the side of being a customer, this company does well with its façade of caring for/about you and your needs and experience. Seeing the inside, I know that this company is greedy and only wants your money for their pockets.-10/10 never shopping at any of its affiliates ever again.Current employees: don’t waste your time with the star points. They will just rip you off for using them.
