These units do flood and he probably won’t mention it. We walked in a talked with the owner to get a storage unit right before we moved. We paid 6 months in advance, around $350 and moved all of our stuff in there. 1 week later we noticed the rivers were coming up and we’re going to flood all the units so we unloaded the whole storage unit and went to the new storage facility on Rose lane in Pacific. All of our belongings would have been sitting in water. Smartway said they would return the money and never did. We called about once a week for a few months and never got a call back. Smartway pulled a fast one on us but never again. Beware of this place.
