Friendly and helpful, they will give you a quote for what you need done, it may be expensive but I would go to them for any damage to the car because they make it look like the damage never happened and it just came off the car lot

After being hit in a parking lot, we brought our car here. The service was amazing. The estimate was 2/3 of the other one we got. The work was completed quickly and looked great. Best of all coffee and smoothie stains on the interior passenger seat were gone!

Scott, the owner, is the reason I'm writing this as its a fresh breath of air to find somewhere that can honestly and very capably work on a large Mercedes Sprinter work van. Highly recommend coming here for the good service that's hard to find. - Ryan

Great shop. They worked on my Ram after I rammed a deer. Killed the deer but bent my bumper. Took it to Scott and this team, like it never happened. Painless and great work. 10 out of 10, go here. Plus I see high end luxury cars that people trust them with everyday I drive by. Yeah this is the place.

Scott was amazing. They handled my insurance company so I didn't have to fuss with the initial inspection or anything. A deer ran out in front of me in pitch black and destroyed the front of my car. When I got it back it looked brand new. The paint was matched perfectly and you couldn't tell that there had even been a scratch. They also detailed the inside of my car as an extra touch and did a beautiful job. It did take almost 3 weeks but I have a foreign car and parts had to be ordered. Scott made sure to touch base with me at least once a week and answered any questions I had without issue. Would 100% recommend them and will be using them again if we need body work on any of our vehicles again.

Ordered a part. Quoted $17.xx. Called after 3 weeks to see if it was in. They forgot to place the order, so reordered. Called me about a week later saying it was in. Went to pick it up and it was $89.xx. I asked why so much higher price...was told "sometimes the price goes up after the order goes in".Umm...not happy.

Just had ceramic coating on my Escalade. They did an amazing job. Being a black vehicle, it shines like a mirror. Others may be cheaper but I value my vehicle and I know Pro Tech will take the best care of it.

Exceptional - professional and capable beyond words. Scott Witzig repaired my door that was twisted on its hinge right in his parking lot so I wouldn't have to drive it that way before I could return for a more thorough look. Then concluded a more invasive repair wasn't necessary saying, "if therapy heals the knee, it's better not to replace it." He and his team are certified to work on aluminum panels and frames (I'm told only two in St Louis are by my insurance agent Steve LaVigne, who found Scott for me), and a shop FULL of cars nicer than my '17 Audi is a testament to his nearly 30 years of experience. He knew enough about that door, how the C-Pillar was constructed that it was hinged to, and how hard it is to truly match paint. His confidence and comfort turning down $3,000 of work that could have been justified (I had two estimates from shops saying door had to be replaced) reassured me. I still drove the car a couple days listening for wind noise, even went through a car wash to ensure no water intrusion, before deciding to withdraw the insurance claim. I was still willing to pay him to have a more thorough look; he persuaded me it wasn't necessary. Reminds me of an artist contributing a $400 painting to a silent auction, who once told me, "don't tell anyone it took me twenty minutes to paint that; it took thirty years of experience to be able to do that in twenty minutes." Inexperienced shops would rather be safe than sorry and will replace everything there's money to pay for. Pro-Tech's in this business for the right reasons, and I would unreservedly recommend them to anybody.
