Clean place wish they were open 24 hr.s! I would like to know the reason they are not open 24Hr.s I mean why would I pay to store things then be limited on when I have access to them? Is it so you could potentially collect more revenue by selling there stuff when they get it trapped & u repo there things & sell it off?

Pacific storage is so easy to do business with....pleasant clerk in the office and super clean storage units. Prices are reasonable and competitive. They have a very secure facility that protects the contents of your storage unit. Peace of mind when thinking about the safety of your possessions.

I have rented in various states and there has always been hours for access. If you want 24/7 hours you pay a premium price. I feel the security is great, the office was very helpful and yes I believe they leave the office by noon or 2pm, I call when it says they are open. Never had a problem with gate, but was running to gas station and did not lock my emptied door and it told me my unit was open. You will set off an alarm if you follow someone in the gate as that's part of security. The unit was spotless came with pest control in all 4 corners - I saw no signs of any pests for the 3 months we rented.

I like the keosk to set up and rent a locker. Made super easy for sure. Best I've ever seen. No service is good service when it comes to renting a storage unitThey got it figured out! Yay
