I am a southerner and I tell you I have never had a ham as tastee as Double G. It is not too salty, not too dry or too wet. It is a ham you will gladly eat by itself, on a sandwich or as the centrepiece of a holiday meal. The bone-in is hard to find. But get what you can where you can.
