I am rating 5 stars because despite showing me a car I loved out of my price range the did take money off the car and got my interest rate very low to where the payments are affordable for me. They took care of me. I was nervous and they helped calm me and make me comfortable with the process. There amazing and now I have a suv I absolutely am in love with❤️

I been searching for a new Ford Raptor. I live in Colorado and it was pricey here. I happen to see the Raptor and decided to inquire about it. Rich Womack was my sales guy. He was prompt and made the purchase easy. Got a great deal and even great deal on my trade in. I decided to pull the trigger and buy it. Paperwork was mailed to me and I drove down to Missouri. 11 hour drive and soon as I arrived Rich met me outside and showed me the truck I had bought. It was quick and i left there within 30 minutes. If you’re out of state buyer give them a try. Good communication too.

We just bought a 2023 Rubicon Gladiator from James River. The whole team there was amazing to work with. Everyone was kind courteous and friendly. Our salesman Blake bent over backwards to help us find the Jeep we were looking for. I will definitely use Blake again in the future.

Absolutely dishonest people that will try to take you for every cent you have. Bought a truck for my business from them and the transmission went out. It was covered under warranty as well as a rental vehicle. Unfortunately I had to rent a vehicle that allowed for towing as my business requires a trailer every day. I knew it would cost me more out of pocket than the warranty would cover but never dreamed they would keep the vehicle for over two months and cost me over two thousand dollars in the rental fees alone. All said and done between lost revenue and rental cars, this incident cost me over 6 thousand dollars. The truck went into the shop on 5/15. I received a message on 5/23 that the torque converter was on back order holding up the rebuild of the transmission. Another text on 6/20 stated the same thing. On the 7/19, I received a call that stated they decided to use an aftermarket torque converter, and the truck would be ready in a day or so. If that was an option, why in the world would you wait two months to do it racking up rental fees? The transmission was covered under the factory warranty, and I had another issue that should have been covered under the extended warranty I purchased, so I asked them to look into that while they had it. They never mentioned a diagnostic charge but tried to charge me one when I picked up the vehicle. The issue is not being able to get heat out of the driver's side floor vent. They told me that it was caused by a clogged cabin filter and partially clogged heater core. The problem with that is, if those were the cause, there wouldn't be air flow from any vent, not just the one. The filter was pretty bad, but every other vent in the vehicle allowed air flow except the one. This more than likely is a blend door or a blend door actuator. That would have been covered under the warranty, and they would only be able to charge what the warranty company would be willing to pay. Instead, they quoted me over $2300 to change out a $25 cabin filter and either clean out the existing heater core or replace it. The heater core from an auto parts store is around $80. That would be roughly $2200 in labor charges to do the job. Never again will I own anything Chrysler makes, and never again will this dealership get a dime of my money. I will spend the rest of my life warning everyone I possibly can that these people tried to take me for every dime they could squeeze out of me at a time in which my wife is fighting for her life with brain cancer. Heartless people that care nothing about their customers.

The warranty guy sent me to the Cheverly across the road for warranty work. Knew I would have to pay 200 deductible to take it there. Did not discuss this at all. Blamed it on we are backed up with Mopar at our shop. Like just because I bought a Chevy he did not care about me. Chance allenbrand treated me badly like it's my fault that I took it to Chevy and my responsibilities to pay because his shop was busy. Failed to return calls about when I could just have his shop do the work.... thanks for nothing I will never buy here again

I worked a deal with these guys on a Saturday for a used car. Series of events on their side, car wasn't on the lot for me to purchase the following Monday. They took it to get some work done. Assured by the salesperson that the car and deal are still good and in the car is held for me when they get it back. 19 days later the car is back on the lot, but the manager needs to talk to me. They go back on their word and raise the price 20%, no exaggeration, from ~14k to 18k. Not an honest way to do business. Hate that I wasted nearly three weeks for a broken word.

My wife and I were looking for a very specific Ford Mustang GT Premium in Grabber Blue with specific options (see the below photo). Last week I located my dream car at James River Jeep in Ozark, MO at a very fair price without those unnecessary dealer mark ups or fees. With the dealership being 8 hours and 562 miles from our home, I reached out to the dealership and made contact with Sales Consultant Adli Baraka.Ref Adil Baraka…I cannot say enough on how his friendliness, non-pressured communication with us, his always positive and humble attitude, and him sending additional information as well as videos of the vehicle to us lead us to fly down to Missouri from Wisconsin and complete the purchase. No question was too big or small. He answered them all in a quick and timely manner. He honestly met ALL of expectations and went far beyond! I was promised upon our arrival at the dealership that all paperwork would be ready and we would be out the door in less than an hour. I thought to myself that was never going to happen. We flew down three or four days later, arrived at the dealership, test drove the vehicle, completed the paperwork, and left the dealership in 55 minutes. No kidding…55 minutes!The rest of the staff (Chase in finance) were friendly and easy to work with as well. I would say more here, but we weren’t at the dealership that long.In a world of negativity and businesses trying to get over on the consumer, I knew this positive review was needed by us. Thank you Adil. Don’t change a thing on how you do you! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership and Adil Baraka to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, even if you need to make an adventure of it!

Sharing my experience with the service department at this dealership; actually the parts department is why I’m here having my gladiator serviced. Short version, I’ve been unable to drive my gladiator due to a back order $75 part. Crazy right! However, with the counsel of Tony Lee from the parts dept I’ve contacted several dealerships from Scottsdale, AZ to Richmond, Va., 10 dealerships, zero luck. So after months of waiting, Tony Lee went the extra mile and (somehow) found the part so here I sit in the waiting room. Tony is exceptionally personable, engaging, clearly exceedingly bright. Not sure why he’s tucked away in the parts department instead of sales, advisory role or GM, but for me and my particular situation, I’m thankful.And (update) after nearly 3 hours of waiting, Tony is the only employee to say “hi. How are you?” “anything I can offer you?” I’m typically not a contributor to reviews, but I gage where I spend my money based largely on reviews left buy others. So I hope this review helps you in some small way.

Took the truck in for a recall service (ECU update) and tire rotation. Vehicle had a fresh, 4-hour detail. Wasn’t asked for a courtesy wash, but evidently that’s what happened and I left with a truck covered in hard water spots instead of the mirror finish it came in with. Later noticed the tires had been overfilled by almost 10 pounds. Poor attention to detail. Reluctant to consider service here for anything significant if they don’t manage the little things.

They spoke with My Husband over the phone did an application online even face chatted with him before we went to their establishment, telling him that he and I were both preapproved for a vehicle. When we went to go get our new vehicle, it was a nightmare. We ended up having to stay there all day long. It was hot outside. And we had our two children with us only to find out that they now came back and said that we were denied. This is a horrible place I would not recommend.

This dealership under Cory's leadership is great and they go out of their way for their customers. After working with Cory, I refuse to try any other dealership and just go straight to him. I don't have to worry about playing games or the haggling. I have bought nearly 10 cars from Cory and will continue to send him business. If there is ever an issue, I know Cory will handle it and will take care of it. I travel 3 hours one way just to do business with him and that's the way it will continue to be.
