I didn't have Skaggs repair my car. Just wanted to say beware, their estimate was twice as high as Ozark Body Works'. This matters immensely and let me tell you why. The high estimate meant a "total loss" according to insurance. I'm still paying on my car loan, so I would've had to give any insurance money to my lender, plus more, to settle my loan. I almost had no car, and no insurance money to replace it, after an accident that was not my fault. I took it to OBW, and their estimate was so much lower, insurance paid to fix it, problem solved! I don't know why it was such a huge price difference. Just wanted to share my experience. The people of Skaggs were kind, tow truck was prompt and helpful, but I cannot attest to the quality of their body work. In my case, the convenience of having a body shop at the same location as the tow lot was unfortunately too good to be true. Thanks anyway... I'd recommend the tow service, just watch the estimate you get for repairs.

I was in a car accident while out of town on vacation and my SUV was not drivable. I got extremely lucky that Skaggs Collision were the ones who took care of towing my SUV out of a ditch. Not knowing any auto shops in the area, my insurance sent the SUV to a different company to begin repairs. Due to the other company’s lack of communication/organization, my car sat for 5 days in a lot without being processed. Being from out of town, I had already gone home and had no way of knowing this. Once I struggled to get any information about my SUV from this other company, I called Skaggs and was able to transfer the care of my SUV to them. They handled the repairs and insurance smoothly and without issue. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough. The work took as long as expected due to supply chain and parts (just like everywhere right now) but they kept me in the loop and made the process as easy as possible. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and it is perfect. The team there made sure I knew to reach out if I had any issues with the repair but I feel safe knowing they were the ones working on my SUV & it drives as good as new. Highly recommend them, thanks guys!

I decided to give them a try regardless of all the negative reviews just to see and we’ve got the same problems. Horrible paint job on a classic car and when I told them i would leave a review the owner told me he was going to call the cops on me for harassment. I knew better but I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I’m out quite a bit of money because I have to have it repainted now by somebody else.

I brought my car here for them to fix the trunk and rear bumper, after contacted that my vehicle was done, I then went to go get it. I inspected the vehicle before picking it up, the trunk would not open or close correctly, and the bumper did not line up. They refused to give me a refund and they have horrible costumer service. I do not recommend this place. STAY AWAY!

My brother has his truck fixed here and they ruined the paint and won’t fix it or refund the money he spent to have this done. They did a horrible job do not recommend

I had my truck fixed there. The whole side had to be repainted. The paint is now bubbling. They refuse to give my money back. I highly do not recommend this business.

They took my car here with the tow truck the own. The paint does not match. Owned is rude and unprofessional. Leaves you with a ruined car.

They fixed my classic car here and now the paint is bubbling after 30 days the owner threatened to sue me and call the cops on me for harassing him because he said I was calling his office and he hasno more business look I'm just trying to get my car fixed
