After being with this bank for over 15 years I canceled all my account. I have finally got tired of the trouble customer service and random fees.This bank has forgotten that there is a bank on ever corner in this area. Any of which would be happy to hold your money.I would recommend any other bank but Simmons bank.

I was in a US Bank today and again the teller was extremely rude. It was clear from the start that she didn't care about customer service. I decided to try Simmons and was extremely pleased. Everyone was nice and made a point to make sure I was informed and happy. Thank you.

Everyone I’ve encountered that works here was very friendly to me and quick to help. Seems like they really care about customer satisfaction. The manager is great. It’s my favorite bank albeit the only I’ve ever used.

This is my bank and I am more than pleased with the exceptional service we always receive. Love the fact that they always treat you like you are number one.
