I was in a US Bank today and again the teller was extremely rude. It was clear from the start that she didn't care about customer service. I decided to try Simmons and was extremely pleased. Everyone was nice and made a point to make sure I was informed and happy. Thank you.

Everyone I’ve encountered that works here was very friendly to me and quick to help. Seems like they really care about customer satisfaction. The manager is great. It’s my favorite bank albeit the only I’ve ever used.
