Came in with a trigger issue. Left my gun there for quite awhile and still they were not able to fix it. I was not charged. I was told they could not source the part to fix it. Given how long they had it i was not very satisfied. However with the supply chain issues it could have just been bad timing

Nat is a strait shooter , no nonsense when it comes to his work, and if he says he won't do it ...He won't .There is a certain level of respect that should be given to masters of artisn trades when seeking their services. If you are looking for Bubba to slap some scope rings on your great granddad's henery sure it can be done , but if your looking for a master to preserve an antique firearm. Or manufacture a missing 100 year old stock screw , even test , repair and re-blue your dads old revolver that burned in a vehicle fire. There are plenty of gun technicians around that can order parts , but Nat is licensed to manufacture them and thats rare. Hopefully this review helps folks understand the difference between Gunsmithing , Manufacturing, certfied technicians and Bubba. Feel free to stop in durning normal business hours, and ask if your project is something they normally do and if not a bit of respect mite get you the name of a qualified person who would be happy to get your project scheduled. Also if you have the correct legal paperwork and tax stamps Nat offers services dealing with class 3 firearms and NFA regulated items. Be sure you have your papers in order at least to the point of BATF aproval letters and all the things that make cities, countries, states and government entities happy. Be good to yourself, be good to others, and long live the Republic.

I am new to the area and needed to have my Glock serviced due to racking problem. Went to Ozark Gunsmithing thinking Nat and crew knew how to work on Glocks. I am sorry to say they do not. My original problem was addressed by saying I have a magazine problem. This is after my second visit. I have since purchased a new magazine to make sure that was problem. and it is not the problem. I was charged over $100 for nothing.I will be taking my Glock to another gunsmith to hopefully have it repaired .

Joke of a gunsmith. I've cleaned firearms for more years than I can count. Took my glock in to get night sights put on. Tried telling me rear sight didn't fit, was gonna charge me 50 to make it fit, and 60 to clean my firearm. He is adding this all to my ticket without asking. And then tells me it's going to take about a week after previously telling me it would only take an hour. VERY disappointed.

First off, they’re all great people and fun to talk to. My service experience however, was sub-par, and on top of that, their recommendations on weapons specs called into question their knowledge of ballistics and suppressor dynamics.

Just charged me $233.00 to put the trigger back together on my bennelli, it was only missing a small spring but the parts were $94.00...took 2 weeks shy of a year to get it repaired, I will never take him any business or send any business
