Excellent customer service! Wes is the best, very honest & so patient. Being a woman, this is important to me. The service I've always received even with the prior owners has always been above & beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this auto & tire service company. If they don't offer the service you need, they can give you suggestions on where it can be done. I never feel pressured & always feel the honesty with their service & prices.

I bought some of the most expensive tires for the front of my car that they have and one leaked at the rim. They would not even try to fix it without me paying more money. There are better places to buy tires than the new Grubach-Bird Tire AKA Ozark Tire.

Friendly and patient. I brought my son's girlfriends car that needs tires, hose broke today and needs inspection. I was kind of stuck and they were so patient with me and tried to squeeze me in to help me. Great guys!!!!

This place is great for tires and brakes. I have been here more than once over the years and the guys really know their stuff. They have helped me out with more than one situation and they are always very friendly. The one thing that really stands out to me is that if they do find an issue they will tell you exactly what it is and how it is without beating around the bush.
