My truck was broke down at the KFC there by the dealership. My siblings and I had everything put back together but was having issues getting the belt back on. Dante came up and asked if we needed help. Within a matter of minutes, we had the belt back on. With the day I was having this was an absolute blessing. I can't sing enough praise about him!

Just moved into Springfield and was looking for a Chevy dealer to do some warranty work on my 2022 Colorado ZR2. Based on reviews I read, I selected Ozark Chevrolet.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. We all know that diagnosing interior rattles can be difficult. I had an annoying rattle coming from the passenger footwell that only happened at lower RPMs. Aaron Ledbetter and the techs did an outstanding job! It was very time consuming and certainly not easy. But they stayed with it, found the location where it was coming from, and fixed. it. It turned out that it was coming from the passenger side fender.
Super nice people to deal with it. Professional, courteous, and great communication on top of it.
Ozark Chevy will definitely be getting all of my future service work.

I purchased a 2017 Buick Encore from this location at a great price, with fantastic quality and performance. Wade was the salesman who helped me though the whole process. He was very patient and professional. We came late in the day near close and he stayed later to help with the final paperwork and setting up the car. Also giving a tour of their facilities and the benefits they offer. All around I had a great experience with this dealership, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality vehicle new or used.
