We were just driving by and saw the lot and stopped to take a look since we were in the market for a church bus/shuttle but had only been looking online as there are not any dealers near us.The sales lady, Crystal, listened to what we said our needs and wants were and to what our budget was. She gave us straight information, no sales pitch, and we went back to our church with the information. From there we dealt via email and phone with Crystal regarding add-ons and it was a smooth process. We went to pick up the bus/shuttle and sign the paperwork which was just bam bam bam done. Straightforward, nothing hidden, no pressure, good communication. 5 stars, do recommend. They have all variety and sizes of transports and the ability to customize them right there.

Scheduled a rental and had to cancel for unforeseen circumstances. I was told when I called to cancel that I would not be charged for the rental but would lose the deposit, which I completely understand.I was charged for the full rental prices and now they are refusing to refund the amount I shouldn’t have been charged. They are making every excuse as to why it has not been done.Stay away from these people because they will still charge you when you cancel.

Back story - My family and I were taking two cars to Branson, MO, for a long Memorial Day weekend trip. We take two cars because there’s 6 of us and it’s just a more pleasant trip for the kids (and the adults) when we’re not all on top of one another. Additionally, it gives us some flexibility if we need to go to two different places at the same time, while we’re gone. Nonetheless, about 20 minutes north of Belton, MO, my daughter’s SUV (that I was driving) started making some rather concerning noises…LOUD ones. My ‘grease monkey’ knowledge is not robust but my GPS knowledge is; I knew Master’s Transportation was nearby (about 30 minutes away). So, I called them to see if they had anyone that could help me with some diagnostics, if I could even get there. They, of course, obliged. By the time I arrived, the maintenance guys were waiting for me. They got the vehicle into the garage right away. While they were checking the vehicle, ordering parts, etc., their leasing people were working to get me set up with a rental, as I didn’t think my vehicle would be repaired the same day. A rental that wasn’t really a rental, as I think they had ZERO inventory available. But they made it happen anyway. As I was about to pay for the rental, the maintenance guy tells me that the parts are available, he can have them in 20 minutes, and that the repair charges won’t be too exorbitant. So, I passed on the rental (which they really scrambled to help me with) and waited for them to repair the SUV.This is the short version but all in, I was detoured about 2 hours, tops. And that’s WITHOUT an appointment, with a BUS repair facility trying to repair a 2009 Land Rover, with none of those parts (understandably) in inventory. All to the tune of $500. AND they had a contingency plan of a 15 passenger shuttle on-line, ready for me, just in case.Because of the Master's team, I was only about 90 minutes late in my arrival to the VRBO we rented. We missed out on ZERO activities and were able to drive the rest of the way to Branson AND back home (Omaha area). The ability to do so without worrying was beyond words. The stress it removed from my countenance will never be forgotten. You have a very special team there. Thank you and thank them for helping me out when I really needed it. It was awesome…thank you so much!
