OTR: If you deliver here, they have overnight parking in the dock area, but not the front parking lot. At night, the access points to the back alley are barricaded. Live Unload hours Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. Bathroom available during business hours.

The manager in the evening does not care about customer service. Every time i went here I experienced bad service. Rude manger without any willingness to help.

Low rating because of the time it took to check out. Sat at the pro desk 20 minutes waiting on manager approval for the customer in front of me. I was parked on that end with a load of lumber and staff at the other end can't seem to ring up an lar very well. Luckily the girl at register saw my aggravation and opened another to check me out. Another case of there's never enough staff at checkout.

Moved to the area and previously I only shopped HomeDepot. Now, I know why people are avoiding Lowes, slow cashier lines, in-stock info via app but nothing available in the store. It is really tiresome to go shop there, it is not enjoyable at all.

My wife and I bought a GE side by side refrigerator during Lowe's Memorial Day sale. Beth Andallo was our sales person and she was amazing! Walked us through the refrigerator area and helped us compare models. When we decided on a model she helped us save an additional $100! We set up a delivery date of our choice a few days later. We love it!

These days I go into retail stores almost expecting to receive mediocre service by employees that couldn't care less whether I am there or not.
However, my last trip to Lowe's actually surprised me.
While there were a few employees that seemed indifferent to helping, one person broke this norm.
Tony (delivery driver?) saw that I was waiting to have some wood cut by the panel saw and asked if I was needing help (this hardly happens anymore).
I informed him that someone was (maybe) coming to help after they got off break. Instead of taking this as an excuse to avoid work, he eagerly jumped in and said he'd take care of it.
He was quick, efficient, and very friendly. Instead of making me feel like I was a pain for bothering him, he made me feel like I was a V.I.P.
It was very refreshing running into someone like that in a retail environment. Just wanted to give him 5 stars.

I do enjoy shopping at Lowes,
It is frustrating though on the weekends that there are no one that knows how to order supplies for the contractors, management does not know how to either. The building contractors need to order or take care of business on Saturdays also !

The workers don’t know much. Every time I ask a question they either say “I don’t know” or “I just got here.” Besides that they have great product and they even have clearances racks.

Would give less if could drove all the way here to get a weedeater web said they had 5 they don't have any guy told me their web site is not updated now driving to Springfield hopefully they have it called them they said it shows 7 in stock told them what just happened at Ozark they assured me theirs is correct fixing to find out.if your website is not kept updated why have it.

I worked there for a day as a contractor I have never been more disrespected than I was today by multiple employees because I didn't know where the stuff in the store was located when approached by customers and was told that i needed to be more helpful even though I do not work for Lowe's I work for a completely different company offering a different service
