If there was an option for 0 stars this is what Lowes installation would receive. We paid to have our deck installed by Lowes installation in Ozark MO. The builder did not get a permit and was 3/4 finished with it when we saw that the job didn't look good and called to check with the county to see if there was a permit. When the inspector came out to look at what they had done so far, they had not built it correctly. So because they did not get the permit and didn't know what Christian County expected for the build, the job was completely hacked from there on. The rails do not match up and look like somebody took a chain saw to cut them. Several phone calls have been made to the installation team to no avail. I could go on, but will restrain. Suffice it to say do not use Lowes for any projects you are better off using your 10 year old.

We purchased new kitchen appliances today and Richard in appliances was very informative and provided great customer service. We had a few questions regarding our credit card and Tracie in customer service and Nick in management were very helpful. Overall a very good experience today and the are installing our appliances tomorrow.

I need to be clear that this is not for all of the Lowe's stores, this is specifically for the Ozarka Lowe's store! These people seem to have developed a proficiency for not doing their job and getting away with it. They delivered an oven to my daughters house in Abesville, but did not hook it up correctly! The goal was to get answers or to get someone to go out there and hook it up properly. I called at least four times yesterday and every single time I was not able to get answers. The last time I called they gave me some random email and said that I would get a response within half an hour. I emailed them twice and got no answer whatsoever! These people have honed the craft of poor customer service! I think they take advantage of the fact that there aren't a whole lot of options out there. I am absolutely not used to this level of inadequacy.

my husband's a very serious heart pt.. needed help loading cinder blocks. NO ONE WOULD HELP HIM.. THEY are the worst customer service. wanted $18 for the pallet they were setting on.. NEVER AGAIN. Menard's hands down best place to go..

Another really bad experience at Lowes Ozark, MO. Received a call yesterday that my order was being loaded and that I would get a call the next morning to verify delivery time. The next day I did not receive a call and my delivery did not arrive. I made a special effort to be ready for my purchase to arrive and I kept my phone with me all day...not a word! After waiting all day I called Lowes, I was told that their delivery is a third party and said 3rd party tried to call me to informe me that the delivery would be delayed 3 days because their truck was full. THIS IS AN OUT AND OUT LIE, I never left my phone. I have waited a week for this order already and the local staff seemed to care less. Buy somewhere else where they appear to care about the customer.at

I am a builder and called to purchase 3 kitchen appliance sets. Held for 20 minutes and the appliance dept would not answer to take my credit card number. I'm now calling Metro Appliance.

I bought a dryer at this location, for my 86 year old Mother who is very ill with bile duct carsomia. I have never been so disappointed with a business in my 63 years of life. Along with a 2 week wait to have my $899.00 dryer delivered, the delivery driver and installer dropped it not once but twice bringing it into the house. They did a extremely poor job of installing used duct tape to install the exhaust hose did not cut it to size and left. I of course wrote on the invoice that the dryer was damaged. Made a call 2 times hung up on the first time passed to 6 people total told them that I needed the manager wanted to wait untill the driver got back to make a decision, and would call me when it happened. Obviously no call back,so I went to the store personally customer service representative said that they could not give me a time to pick it up or replace it. After waiting 2 weeks for delivery on the 1st on I was not willing to wait another. So they told me I would have to bring it back myself. Not a happy disabled person that has crippling arthritis and a heart condition. As my Father used to say piss poor place

The assistant manager told me to shut my mouth and listen on a item that was their fault poor delivery services I ask if I should return 1000 fridge he said yes very poor customer service call corporate if you have trouble the management doesn't car

I placed an online order for pick up, that had to be shipped to the store. Got the notification it was ready, and went to get it. The wrong item was delivered. I went into the store to let them know and the lady at the pick up desk acted like I was wasting her time. She called me the next day to tell me she had to fight with the vendor to return the item I didn't order and I would have my order soon. Fast forward 8 days and no word. I checked the status of my order and it says waiting payment update. Called the Ozark store and got bounced to 3 different people, none of which could help me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he would call me back sometime tomorrow. WTF kind of customer service are you running Lowes?

Came to buy 5 gallon water bottles. Returned my used ones and they rang me up for 6 new ones. only to find out they were all empty in the rack. Made me wait over 30 minutes while the went to find more. Why would you sell them If you don't have them unpacked and ready to sell. Or at least tell me I'm going to have to stand here for over 30 minutes and wait. Very poor service

Customer service is a joke.
They don't follow thru on rebates
They dont deliver as promised
so,so unhappy with the service I have received from this Lowe's.... to bad my store from Texas is not up in Missouri....

We ordered curbside pickup. We parked in the area where you pick it up and called the number. No answer. We patiently waited. Called again. No answer. So we called the main store number and transferred to pick up. Still nothing. We waited on the phone for 10 minutes for an associate to answer. She told us she would get somebody to bring it out and we had to wait another 10 minutes for that to happen. Very disappointed.

I am absolutely appalled by how Lowe's is handling the pandemic. They have no directional arrows in the isles and people are crowding each other and disrespecting people's space, they are not keeping carts clean, and their employees are not even adhering to social distancing guidelines. I am so disappointed with the way Lowe's is handling things that I will NEVER shop there again even when this is all over. Nixa hardware has done an excellent job during this whole ordeal and they will get all my business from here on out, even if it means driving further out of my way.
