Called for appointment for tax preparation. Talked to the location office manager about estimate to do our taxes. She couldn’t give no answers to our questions stumbling throughout the call. Finally took our number and told us she would have one of the tax assistants return our call and give a estimate to do our taxes. “We never received a call back.” Were new clients and you lost our business to another tax preparation co. Terrible management of your business HR Block
