Bradley seems like a nice guy, but I called and messaged him several times to do some custom artwork to put on a couple shirts for my business. He never once returned my call. Then, on Halloween this year, my wife and I were walking by their booth in front of their building and we’re trying to be respectful so we didn’t get in the middle of any ongoing trick-or-treaters and this lady said “you need to go around the front, this is my yard”. My wife and I just looked at her like she was some kind of a crazy woman. Won’t do biz there again.

I would not recommend this print shop. There are many businesses similar to this in the area and I thought I would give them a try. I have emailed and called (a couple weeks ago) and never received a response or phone call back. I own a local business in Ozark and was wanting to give my business to another local. It seems I will need to take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible company!!! I ordered a shirt for my son that was supposed to be a part of a school group on February 4th 2021. I waited and waited and he never got his shirt. I find out yesterday April 19th that the other kids got their shirts, but my son never received his. This company tried to say that they "ran out of product" for a made to order shirt that I paid for in February and they forgot to print the one we ordered for my son. They proceeded to condisend to me on the phone and were absolutely horrible. I would never ever do business with this company again. Absolutely terrible company!

Answered the phone very quiet told her I couldn't hear her several times, Instead of trying to make things easier she hung up I called back I told her I still couldn't hear her very well she would not speak up and she was very vague on every single thing I asked her and rude I would not go here for anything when you answer the phone or whoever answers the phone for your business they should be respectful.
