To Matt ( Snowflake ) Gingerbread!!I am responding to your post about the young lady not wearing a mask! " she's 7 months pregnant " your harsh words are so uncalled for. She's young pregnant and working, not taking a handout which I applaud ?. As for you acting like a little 2nd grade tattle tale, and going to run to Kevin. I'm sure Kevin didn't aquire his position by being stupid. ( unlike your post ) guarantee you she had a covid test! Maybe you should contact your physician and see if they write scripts for compassion and tact. I usually don't respond to ignorance, because I have a soft spot in my heart for the " Socially Challenged " You have a Blessed day Brother!!

I went to this pharmacy last month for a booster shot. It was administered by the pharmacist (he may be the owner, too) and we had fun talking and joking. While waiting my 15 minutes for adverse reactions, I was talking with a lady there about possibly transferring my prescriptions from the big blue store down the street. She said that they will even send my meds to me if I am traveling!The next day I got a call from them with a recording thanking me for my business. That was all it took - a friendly "thank you" and a business that appreciated me stopping by and doing business with them. Today I went over and asked about pricing compared to my current "pharmacy". The prices were the same so I transferred all of my prescriptions to Hixson right then.You don't get treated like this at the big blue store pharmacy, or any of the other chain pharmacies, and really you don't get service like this many places these days. I will gladly give my money to a local business and have more personal service.

I absolutely love this pharmacy!!!!Everyone is kind and has a great knowledge of medication... It's so awesome to walk in the door and feel like "Norm"!!!!Great prices too...

Tired of the big chains yet?? Been coming here for 15 years, and plan on the next 15. Kevin is a great and compassionate pharmacist. The staff are awesome! Need to keep these small businesses open forever IMO! Great Pharmacy!!

I love this pharmacy they all work hard and so friendly and very passionate about their work I have only been there 3 time now and everyone is doing something and always a smile and enjoy visiting with the customer's.. Its like it is all one big family even with their customer's. Thank You Hixson Drug for making me feel important...

I have not had this type of pharmacy for forty years. They know you they know what you need. They delivered to us when I was ill even though we are not in Ozark there area of delivery.Everyone does all they can to help keep you healthy. They have been invaluable to us. Big difference from big box pharmacies. We have a jewel in our community.Ed and JoAnna Jones

Well I grew up in Ozark and had used Hixson Drug in the past and so did my mom. My wife is 9n Medicare and we chose a local hometown pharmacy instead of going to Wal-Mart. After just little over 2 months we are now doing business with Wal-Mart pharmacy. After had walgreens for years with wife's insurance ee were used to service and professionalism. I tried real hard to see that at Hixson's. Just didn't happen for us at all. I am not a negative poster usually the opposite. The people waiting on you just don't seem to be on par with walgreens or Wal-Mart. Communication was not a strong point and neither was the limited hours. Sorry guys and gals you blew it for us. Step it up a notch.

A great small-town pharmacy, locally owned and operated, with super friendly staff and competitive pricing. Definitely the pick for this area in pharmacy--couldn't more highly recommend this place!
