“I would like to give these guys and gals 5 stars for unlocking the doors and allowing my family and I into the store during a tornado warning. It was scary as it came on all of a sudden on our way to Branson. My wife was hysterical and taking cover behind the pallets of concrete or something in the front of the store. A big thank you from the Naas family!!!!!”

“I love MFA—I’m kind of old fashioned that way and I’m not a farm girl! I go primarily because they have the grass seed I love by the pound and no one else has it. I’ve been using it for 25 years. While there, it’s fun to look at tools and pet supplies, even work clothes. You can also get bird seed by the pound and many other things like gardening tools. It’s not just livestock feed and farm implements, gates and fencing and such, although they have all that—there’s so much more. If you haven’t been, and you’re old-fashioned like me and love the hometown feel and customer service, check it out—I think you’ll love it as much as I do!”
“OTR: If you deliver here, they have overnight parking in the dock area, but not the front parking lot. At night, the access points to the back alley are barricaded. Live Unload hours Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. Bathroom available during business hours.”
“We purchased new kitchen appliances today and Richard in appliances was very informative and provided great customer service. We had a few questions regarding our credit card and Tracie in customer service and Nick in management were very helpful. Overall a very good experience today and the are installing our appliances tomorrow.”

“After going to my towns ace I came to this location. Immediately felt welcomed and not treated as an inconvenience. A gentleman ended up helping me find the product I needed and it turns out he is the owner. The way I was treated is the reason this store is and will be successful. I don’t like pulling the “I’m a woman” card. But as a woman I often find it frustrating going to hardware stores as I’m often ignored or looked at like I don’t know what I’m talking about. This was absolutely the opposite of this business. I will always recommend this location and from now on will be my go to.”
