These ladies are wonderful, they love animals, I always fear groomers being rough with my boys. But I’m totally comfortable with this salon. My yorkies get bathed,cut,nails trimmed,anal glands checked. You can’t find a better place and feel safe about your babies care. They’ve done ok in the past but had my bichon for 7 hours the other day. I had to contact them to ask if he was done turns out he had been and no one called to let us know. There was admittedly some matting but they just shaved him with long hairs here and there that we had to cut ourselves. I’m not sure what they were doing for 7 hours considering they just shaved him. I wish they were more communicative and more consistent because this last experience was a bad one.

Hailey groomed our 15 year old Morkie and he looks so cute. She did an amazing job with him. The facility is very clean and welcoming. II am so glad we found Groomingdales,! We already have our next appointment booked.

we've taken my 5lb yorkie to Groomingdales twice now and have been happy with her haircut each time. they layout is very open and transparent. they put Millie in a little gated area in the main room rather than putting her in a crate- which I really liked! she smells great afterward and we haven't had an issue with flees like we have had at other groomers in the past.

We have gone here since we got our teddy bear pomeranian since we got him He loves the groomers and is not afraid when he gets there, Always happy to see them They do a spectacular job!

It could have been under my significant other's last name. I assure you, we were there. It was on August 19th, at 10:00. I rarely post a review, especially negative. I understand that mistakes can happen. I find it odd that after going, I found thru conversation that we weren't the only ones that thought this. It was such a joke of a grooming, there's no way I would have taken my dogs back for you to "rectify the situation." Your response just reconfirms the lack of professionalism, and overall hateful attitude that we experienced!Original post:Just shaved girls and did not bathe. Rude when I tipped them did not even say thank you. Dont go.

We brought our Australian shepherd, Midas, for the typical "puppy pamper"(teeth, ears, claws, eyes), and a full shear, and they did a fantastic work with our little guy. I didn't get the young lady's name, but she did a phenomenal job; he was calm and happy when I picked him up. These folks have earned my 'customer's first go-to' consideration for all my pets from here out!
