Car broke down on the side of the highway and they were the closest. everyone here was extremely nice and made sure we were comfortable waiting for our ride. they let us stay past closing for over an hour while we waited for our ride.

Our car broke down on vacation and we got stranded at the shop. Everyone who worked at the shop was super nice and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and ok.

They have taken unbelievable care of my wife’s Land Rover. They have handled everything from oil changes to small fixes that only an expert could handle! I would only trust my Land Rover with them.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for many years and I trust them completely! They are wonderful to work with… you can’t go wrong. Also, it usually costs a fraction of what it does to take your car to the dealership.

David (mechanic) @ Exclusive Automotive fixed a stripped aluminum oil drain plug/pan @ changed the oil/filter for under $200.00 today! This was after the BMW dealer estimated $4k for a new oil pan and Modern Motorcars wouldn’t fix it either with a quote of $2.5k! Exclusive Automotive @ 165 Shady Oaks Drive in Ozark MO are our new auto heroes! We’ll never take our car to a Take 5 Oil change shop again!

Please read my update at the bottom.
I had been a customer since 2008 with my first BMW, but after building negative experiences on one of our families BMW's, I have decided to sever the relationship. They are capable and competent technicians, my issue is they will want to fix the one issue, instead of looking at the bigger problem. I'd rather pay more upfront to get the job done right the first time, instead of multiple repairs and tows that could have easily been prevented. Wish you all the best.
Update: I had the opportunity to talk with the staff a couple of weeks after my review. It was a good experience for myself, and them. I would certainly recommend folks take their vehicle to Exclusive. They wanted to make things right with me, and my faith in them is restored. Thank you guys!

These guys!!! I was quoted over 3k in repairs at vw dealership and these guys did it all and more for half! They have gone above and beyond. I was ready to sell my vw but now I feel like I’ve found my people, I won’t bring my car to anyone else. Thank you guys. You are the best!

Lee, David, Jill and Kat are all friendly and professional. I would never take a car to anyone else to have it fixed. They know how to fix anything and their rates are good and fair.

I brought my truck in and they said the repairs will take 2 weeks to fix. It’s been 2 months already!!!!! When I keep calling them they keep saying we need to see if it’s put back together and said it might need to be towed if I brought it there run and drive. This shop is the absolute worst shop to ever exist I would never recommend this to anyone . Jill the front desk working is the absolute worst never calls back and puts you on hold for days!!!!!
After I go pick up my truck today I’ll make sure to post pictures of it!!!!!

I left a car there. Called periodically for 3 years. Kept getting told oh yeah we’ll give you an update next week. 3 years later I go to pick it up, they’ve lost the key. The car has more issues from sitting outside for 3 years. Do not take your car here. I don’t normally write reviews but felt this place needs a warning label
