Do not go to ozark location the worker there has no idea what he is doing I went in 3 weeks ago and bought the razr well here we are a couple weeks down the road and the screen is already not working so I took it in to have it fixed and he sends me to ubreakifix in Springfield which wasn’t mentioned I’d have to do when buying the phone well I get there to find out they don’t even work on the phones I’ve got to send it into the Motorola store to be ship off for about a week to have it fixed well none of this was mentioned in the process of the purchase

My husband and I joined cricket 2 months ago and we both got the Moto g 5g stylus 2023. A week after we signed up we started having problems with BOTH our phones. They randomly will not receive calls or call out. I have to restart my phone 1-2 times to get it to make calls again. We thought it was just a fluke the first time but then it started happening more frequently. So I took it to my local Cricket store and they showed me how to reset the WiFi settings. Things got better for about 2 weeks and then it started happening again. So I went back to the store where they replaced the SIM cards in both phones hoping that would take care of the problem. 2 days later it happened again… So I called the store this time and they sent a complaint up to corporate. A week later after not being contacted I called the store back to follow up and they said that corporate told them that I needed to file a warranty claim. So today I called their customer service to do that. The lady I talked to told me that to exchange the phone I would have to go a week without a phone! I can't do that I'm about to leave town. So I told her I needed to wait and then called the store back and told the guy who has been working with me this whole time what she said. He told me that they should have an advanced option where they charge a $20 holding fee and will refund it when they receive the defective phone. So I went back to the store yet again so he could help me and we were on hold for a long time and spoke to a couple of different people to figure this out. It turns out that bc I didn't have insurance it was actually going to be a $400 dollar holding fee and a $20 shipping & handling fee! Who has that kind of money right now?! They couldn't even charge me right then for it, I would have to wait on yet another person to call me so I could give them my debit info to complete the warranty claim. Needless to say that we will be leaving Cricket within the next month. Making and receiving calls is a basic function of a phone that I should not be having problems with. It's also a major safety concern what if theres an emergency and my phone suddenly decides not to work. It shouldn't have to be this complicated. The guy at the store did try his best to help me but his hands were tied with the big corporate red tape. So don't join Cricket unless you like having simple problems made into complicated problems.

Long story short. My wife and I got phones that randomly won't receive calls or make calls. Corporate has their local store's hands tied so they cannot help. They can't just switch our phones out. Corporate wants us to pay a $400 deposit so they can send us the same phone(Moto Stylus G 2023) that multiple people are having the same problem with. Only had the phones for 2 months and started reporting the problem right away. Multiple other "solutions" didn't work. If you have a problem, these guys cannot help you, because Cricket is a corporate nightmare.

Zach was AMAZING I couldn't get my phone to charge he tried to fix it but wasn't able to. He went over upgrades with me and founded one that was exactly what I needed. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
