The Best buying experience i have ever had. Fred my salesman was a rockstar. He is usually over at the other dealership and made many special trips to help me buy the Ford I wanted. There was an issue with the infotainment system when I bought the truck. Fred went straight to work on getting it resolved. Logan the GM went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right and that I was taken care of the entire time. Fred continually kept me up to date on what was going on. This Service after the sale is something I have not seen in a very long time. This dealership and their people have good morels and values. Best car buying experience we’ve had in many years. Efficient, quick, thorough and comprehensive. Salesman knew his product and enlightened us about all the features. Finance person was likewise on top of everything. I’d highly recommend James River Ford to anyone anticipating a new or used vehicle. Prices are fair and inventory is great. This is the first dealership I’ll go to when I need to purchase another vehicle.

I live right next to James River Ford so I thought I would give them a chance because I see their inventory everyday and liked what I was seeing. I worked with Brett and he found a Kia Optima that was right in my budget while still being waaay cooler than I ever thought I could afford. I did my due diligence and visited other dealers but couldn't find a better deal or experience than I had at James River Ford. Brett heard what little concerns I had and after driving it for a day long trial period I was happy to go forward with the purchase. Great deals, great guys, and great experience at James River Ford.

10 out of 10 don't recommend, buying the truck okay. Sure....dealing with the business office has been the single worst experience my husband and I have EVER been through. From doubling our tax amount, including that in our loan, making our payment almost $200 more than it should have been. That is just one small piece of the problem and they've wasted more than enough of my time so I won't be wasting anymore of it here but just pay attention when it comes to your payment and what is being charged.

The service department is fantastic. They repaired my vehicle after a serpentine belt shredded and made the vehicle inoperable. I was traveling across the country to my home in Phoenix when this happened. The service team at James River Ford immediately repaired the vehicle even though it was late on Friday afternoon when I contacted them. The service department personnel helped me with the issue and treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. As a 70-year old woman traveling cross country, it was refreshing to be treated with so much respect and urgency. If you are in the Springfield, MO area, please be sure to patronize James River Ford. They are outstanding!

Melissa in the service department did a fantastic job! She understood my need and got me in as soon as possible. Besides the repair, she set me up for an oil change and asked if I would also like my tires rotated, which I had not thought of. She said they suggest customers rotate their tires with every oil change so I thought that was a good idea!When I arrived she told me about a recall on the powertrain control module and offered to reprogram that which might take up to 5 hours…so i decided to have it all done. It turned out that it only took 2 hours total, which was a total Blessing!!!I am very pleased with the service I got! And most of it was under warranty so I only had to pay $97 for the oil change & tire rotation! A great experience!

We had a fantastic buying experience and continued great service even after our purchase from the ENTIRE James River Ford family. We probably talked with 5 different people throughout our experience about the vehicle we were getting and everyone was very friendly and super helpful. A special shoutout to Carole in the business department with helping us get the exact warranty we were wanting to get as well. I love that they not only seemed to enjoy each other in the office but it also felt like they enjoyed getting to know the customers as well.

I had the most incredible experience at James River Ford in Ozark. Brett was the best to work with from first meeting me at my car to the actual getting to drive away in my car. He made sure the car was the right fit for me. I will go back there for all maintenance in the service department. I can’t thank Brett and all the staff for making me feel so comfortable. Brett help my choose My Bronco . I originally wanted a blue but ended up getting a silver . He was really helpful and nice . He made it very easy for me and gave me whatever information I needed. 30 days later he still checks up on me to see how the car is doing and how I’m liking it . I love my new car . Can't speak to sales, but service is lackluster. Always takes way longer than it's supposed to and you're lucky if it's right the first time. Recently took a vehicle in for fuel pump replacement, took 2 weeks. I had diagnosed it and relayed what the issue was. Took about 10 days before they "verified" my concern and got the part ordered. This is not the first occurrence of having issues in service here.
