Melissa Sandoval is service oriented and very accommodating. My vehicles have always been serviced well, and I have never had an issue. I could not recommend James River Ford more highly.

Outstanding Service Department. I have owned multiple ford diesels over the last 15 years. I have never had such a positive experience with a service department. I was having a warranty covered injector issue, was towed to the shop while out of town for work. The had me back in my truck within 48 hours, Which in the diesel repair world is pretty much unheard of. They even drove me back to Springfield to get a rental vehicle, and had me leave the rental vehicle with them to return for me. Cannot say enough about this service department Managers, Techs, and their hospitality

Lance Quick is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He listens and did extra work to find what I wanted. No high pressure but a jewel, wonderful to work with.

Great experience! Thomas Cooper is like family. I am always confident we will get a fair deal. We have bought 3 vehicles from him this year. We know we can always count on him and the whole team to make our car buying experience fun and not stressful. Scott and Fred were fantastic and explained the financing very clearly. Came into the lot with a busted and crusted 2008 Jeep Patriot and drove off with an almost new 2023 Ford Escape with less than 6,000 miles on it. Lance Quick was super friendly and effective in finding me a deal I could afford. He made sure that I felt heard and valued as a customer. Everyone at James River Ford is so nice and understanding, definitely get your next car from here!!!

My family and I were on vacation when we started to hear a noise coming from the front passenger tire area. We pulled into James River Ford shortly after 5:00 pm. The techs were all gone, but Steve Campbell, the service advisor was still available. He was able to schedule us for the next morning to have a tech look at the issue. The next morning, our car was getting a new wheel bearing and Steve stayed in contact with us to let us know the status. We were able to pick up our car later that afternoon. Our extended warranty came through for us and Steve took care of us professionally and promptly. Thank you Steve for taking care of us and allowing us to enjoy our vacation!

I want to thank Fred Herzog and Tyler Nation for an exceptional buying experience. I found the used truck I wanted online and reached out to James River Ford to see if we could make a trade. Fred was hands down the best sales representative I have dealt with. He worked diligently to answer questions and set up the trade without being pushy or making me feel pressured in any way. He was honest and open from the beginning. That is very hard to find these days! I live in central Arkansas and The team at James River Ford put me in the truck I wanted without ever having to set foot in the dealership.
I also want to thank Mrs. Becky for making the drive for me to deliver the vehicle. With my knee surgeries an 8 hour drive wasn't an option for me so they coordinated for delivery the very next day!
I cannot say enough about Fred and the team at James River Ford. From first contact to delivery they worked to make the experience as efficient and painless as possible. If your in the area (or 4 hours away like me) do yourself a favor and give Fred a call when your ready for your next vehicle.

On July 28, our excursion broke down 5 miles away from this dealership. We had it towed to the dealership with our camper attached. They allowed me to keep the camper there as they worked on my excursion. They were very kind and understanding. They examined the vehicle and found out that the computer was bad. It was gonna take a week and a half for them to get the computer but they allowed me to find one through a friend in the Chicago area. We had it shipped to them And it was there by Wednesday of that week. Excursion broke down on Sunday night and they had us back on the road by Thursday. I cannot say enough good things about the dealership they helped us out. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would advise and recommend anybody to use their repair shop and how friendly they are. Their Diesel mechanic was very knowledgeable and very helpful. And at the service desk, Paul. Thank you very much. You helped our family out of a very bad situation . If I could give them more than five stars I would. In my book they read 100 stars. Thank you very much.

Staff was pretty good. A little too much repetitive action going on, but I guess they had a check and balance. Tyler was pretty nice on the phone. He immediately gave us to Thomas who was back and forth with Tyler to work out the best deal he could for us; but Fred Herzog was the most personable guy we sat with. Their whole staff was nice, but Fred was easiest to work with right there. They were a very patient group and made sure my wife left happy which was the goal.
