I was looking for a storage unit and called 5 here in my area. Left messages at all 5. The ONLY one to call me back was the gentleman who owns this one. He had one and I took it. Priced Right at what the going rate is BUT requires no deposit and if it's after the 1st of month he prorates the following month to accommodate. Place looks a bit run down but looks can be deceiving cuz after those several hard rains........not a drop of water was found in my unit. I'll recommend to anyone who asks for a storage

Theft is an issue. They need a locked gate 24-7. You would think it is a crime free area but it is not.

All my good furniture is ruined because of mold. They won't do anything about it either and were quite rude about it when I asked.

Don't use this storage building your furniture will mold! The lady was rude find a different and better storage building! I didn't even wanna rate them a one star they deserve a 0! I don't want you guys to have to buy new furniture like we have to! Once I'm out of there I'll never use it again and I'll tell everyone not to!
