Samm provided a great rental experience. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The facility is undergoing an expansion; however, it was clean and well kept.

Worst storage experience I've ever had. The outside door codes have never worked. I always have to call to get an override code. They limit access to your unit that you are paying double the price in the area. Not worth the money or the experience.

We have been with KO Storage for over three years and have never had any problems, Tony is a great facility manager and very helpful. With the climate control, security,convenience and affordability I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Tony is great and if all you had to deal with was Tony you would have it made. Sadly this is a corporation and Tony isn’t the only person you will deal with. I recommend getting the actual number to Tony and never dealing with the snotty women in customer service as they will treat you horribly. The facility is pretty nice and when I didn’t have good lighting to my business unit Tony made it happen so I wasn’t working in a pitch black hallway. I wish I never had to deal with the corporate side as I never would have left. Prices are good for what you get and they are also pretty clean as well it’s just that corporate side you wanna avoid

The place is clean, and huge, as they have a unit for every need. I needed a big one when I moved from Italy and I’ve been storing my stuff there for many year.Tony, in particular is an amazing person, friendly and professional, he can solve any situation you might have, and answer any questions
