“Started a bank account here last November and am extremely satisfied with the service so far. Friendly staff, easy to use app, easy to get ahold of. Setting up the account was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done and I was able to do most of it online and only had to go up physically right at the end, and took less than five minutes to get me in and out.”
“I really like this bank. I've been to more than one of their branches and had a great experience in all of them. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but unfortunately, in the techno world we live in, I find their online system is horrible. It's antiquated and very difficult to navigate. It's impracticable NOT user friendly. It's strange as a customer because everything from the buildings to the staff seem "state of the art" and "current" but not the online system. (ie: you can only see your acct history for 90 days) (You have to have 3 or 4 password-type info) This is why I give them 4 out of 5. I hope they catch-up soon.”

“Owensville Missouri is a conservative, cliquish, and snobby little town in the middle of nowhere. I have had a bevy of issues with the largest bank in town over the last 15 years. About two years ago we switched our business account to Legends Bank and they are excellent to deal with. I highly recommend. It's the way a bank should be.”
