I am technically homeless right now with 4 kids and needed a place to store our stuff, after being betrayed by family. Not only did they come in when they were closed to help me but told me of places I could call and stay. Just be humble and kind. ?

I would give zero stars if possible. Through a clerical error they sold my entire unit (which was everything I owned), refused to take responsibility and even threatened me with fraud charges after giving them a list of what I could remember what was in there. They gave me a lousy $2000 for 40 years worth of accumulated items. And since I couldn't afford a lawyer they got away with it. And my items were not cheap or trash, Ashley furniture sets, untold amounts of pampered chef items, decor from Kohl's, JC Penny's and other department stores. I'm sure they made quite a profit on it. And I can't even put a price on lost childhood items, family heirlooms like my great grandmothers China she received as a wedding gift. They are horrible people. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
