My son was not feeling well and I decided to check out this location. I was very impressed! The staff was great and the doctor was excellent. I would highly recommend.

If I could give them more stars I would!! I was scheduled for a different urgent care but the overland location was able to see me sooner. The staff was amazing through the whole visit from the first phone call to check out. I was in so much pain from a kidney stone. They took me right back. Placed an IV in my arm with no pain and no bruising (Alicia is who I’m pretty sure did it). They made sure I was comfortable gave me a blanket and pillow. I started to feel sick and when I opened the door to the hall and said I was going to throw up 3 people rushed in. One to give me a pan, one to give me anti nausea med and another to give me a pain med. none of the staff there made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The women who did my ct was very soothing and talked me through everything. They made sure I was comfortable enough to do the rest. The staff found a urologist for me to get in and see the same day. I have never been to an urgent care or heard of anyone saying they went to an urgent care and got that great of treatment. I will 1000% go there again.

Great! service by all employees. I was taken care of quickly and the connection was great. I was happy with the employees continued to check on me and made sure I was comfortable and was not forgotten. Thank you for that!

Everyone was super friendly and efficient The place was exceptionally clean and organized. I used set my time and was in and out without any wait time. Was able yo get prescription right there and cheaper if I went to cvs with my insurance

Justin my nurse assistant was wonderful. It's not to many people that will sit & listen & address the issues that you're having but he did & I want to say Thank You Justin at the Page & 170 location. You're a gem among many.

I was very pleased with the service and care I received at TAUC Page location. The doctor and staff were very pleasant and professional. The information I received from the doctor was very helpful and made it easy for me to understand what was going on with my health and the symptoms I was having. The medicine prescribed has helped to improve my condition and I am on my way to a full recovery.

When I visited on 7/11/24 I did not have surgery and was not issued a prosthetic. The "provider" was not even certain if my wrist was actually fractured but said he would rather call it a fracture and have it not be, than to say it's not fractured when it could be. I received my bill today and was billed $650.19 for a "PROSTHET. DEVICE" and billed $601.46 for "SURGERY" I did not have. There was no way I needed surgery if this "provider" could not even tell it was or wasn't fractured. He seemed to be high and talked a lot. The visit took 2 hours and people were leaving because they were tired of waiting. It is insane to charge someone for surgery and a prosthetic they did not get. Even the nurses or cna or whatever the helpers were complained about the "provider" and how slow he was. There was very loud music playing in the middle area with cuss words too. Very unprofessional and when I left my charges summary did not have surgery or a prosthetic on it. Would never go to this location again.

On the front of the building, it says "walk ins welcome". I walked in at 8:30am and certainly was not welcomed.
There were two cars in the parking lot, no one in the waiting room and I was told my wait time was 2 hours since I didn't get on a waiting list. What is all this???
Why do you say walk INS welcome? That's a croc!!
I drove to mercy in Creve Coeur, was seen and taken care of and was home by 9:45.
I will not return to TAUC.

Went to this urgent care and had the most amazing experience. Was out of medications and scared to go to the Er because of pricing and they helped me and was overall blown away by my experience. All the staff was great but Drew helped me set appt got all my insurance info and made it an overall amazing experience.
