I have traveled in town to receives 3 gifts (on seperate occasions) purchased for me from "The Jewelry Exchange" from Overland MO. "Shoeb", is the BEST. He is always friendly, and remember details about you, "Shoeb" is 5 Star quality. White Gold is our preference, next I'll be picking up my White Gold diamond earrings soon, which will be my 3rd purchase for myself from "Shoeb" you can't beat the clarity, and I've sold jewelry in the past.

My soon-to-be fiance and I had an amazing experience! Stormy went above and beyond helping me create the perfect ring. She was not pushy and tried hard to build my ring exactly the way I wanted it.Every other jewelry store was selling 2 carats for $2000 more than the 3 carat ring I chose.Then, we went to pick the ring up and met yet another amazing sales associate, Michaela.Happy girl in every way!

Well let's see first of when we were looking to buy our wedding rings we picked out our band and the ring. They said the ring wouldn't work with the diamond I purchased but,they had a different one in there other location in Detroit. We had a question we asked if the diamonds on the side of the ring would line up with the band when it got sodered and the lady(not gonna mention her name) said it would. We'll let me tell you they didn't line up and the ring was sodered together with the band.I spoke to the manager he said they got the ring from Detroit which the lady we was dealing with said the ring had to be custom made because the ring from Detroit wouldn't work. So we were given to different stories about it if they don't know and dont communicate how in the world am i supposed to know.The second problem is they sized are rings wrong so they had to get shipped back out. They came came back after two weeks time and guess what my ring had anodized on it and blemishes all over it so it had to go back out again get shipped. Finally the ring comes back didn't get a sorry no nothing from the manager just walked right by me the first time I walked in waiting at the counter because he seen another guy walk in so he was trying to get some new cash because I already paid for our rings.This place didn't give me no compensation or even a sorry about what happened. atleast some in-store credit for the 3 times I had to come here and only find out the rings had problems. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN.
